    Some organizations could benefit from deeper support in building their capacity to use both secondary data as well as their organization’s data.

  • Research portfolio includes social and built environment issues, such as housing affordability, household mobility and displacement, household and neighborhood lifecycles, demographic changes, economic opportunity, and related forces impacting family economic wellbeing. 

  • Studies include neighborhood change assessments, housing needs analysis, demographic analysis, neighborhood-based education performance assessment, asset-based/ opportunity mapping, and general neighborhood socioeconomic and demographic profiles.
